About This Event

Description

What if numbers weren't a way of measuring life, but a language for meeting it? The Gene Keys Master Numbers is an in-person workshop at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY, where Richard Rudd, founder of the Gene Keys, guides you through five archetypal patterns: 11, 22, 33, 44, and 55. Together they form a pathway through where we have come from, the challenges we face, and the possibilities ahead.

Across a weekend of contemplative study, you move through five portals: illumination, the healing of trauma, ancestral gifts, harmony, and radical awakening. Each number becomes a gateway into a higher state of awareness, and a way to make sense of your own life and the world around you. In times of rapid change, this is a fresh lens on personal and collective transformation.

This workshop is for anyone drawn to the Gene Keys, whether you are new to the system or already know it well. Newcomers find everything they need within the two days, and longtime students discover fresh depth in numbers they may already know. Many people carry home a renewed sense of trust, and the feeling that their lives are woven into a far greater story.

What to Expect

The workshop opens on Friday evening and unfolds over the weekend. Richard Rudd weaves story and teaching through each session so that learning is felt in the body before it is understood in the mind.

- Guided meditation, somatic practice, and sound and voice work to bring each number into direct experience
- Contemplative exercises and shared discussion to deepen what arises
- Periods of silence and practice so that each Master Number can come alive through encounter rather than theory
- The Art of Contemplation, the practice of resting your attention on something over time and allowing its deeper meaning to unfold

You leave with a living relationship to the five Master Numbers and a contemplative practice that keeps deepening after the weekend ends. It can become a companion for everyday life, opening new perspectives, inviting healing, and offering a grounded steadiness in uncertain times.

Richard Rudd is a spiritual teacher, writer, and award-winning poet, and the founder of the Gene Keys.

About MC YOGI

MC YOGI is a musician born in San Francisco, California, who grew up immersed in a diverse cultural landscape that shaped his artistic path. His early life was marked by a passion for graffiti art, which became a creative outlet and a means of self-expression. As a young artist he found a home in hip-hop culture, which became a significant part of his identity and laid the groundwork for his later work in music and spirituality. Yoga entered his life in his teenage years and gave him a deeper understanding of himself and the world around him.

Venue & Logistics

This workshop takes place at Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY. No preparation is required beyond an open and curious heart. If you would like to begin exploring beforehand, the Gene Keys app is a helpful place to start, and Richard Rudd's book The Art of Contemplation: A Gentle Path to Wholeness and Prosperity is the recommended reading. If you have a Gene Keys Profile, bring it along. Newcomers can create one for free at genekeys.com, though this is optional. Wear comfortable clothing suited to sitting and light movement, and bring a journal for your reflections.

No. Omega says the retreat is open to all, and newcomers can find everything they need within the two days. Longtime Gene Keys students are also meant to find fresh depth in numbers they may already know.
Omega's listing names Richard Rudd, founder of the Gene Keys, as the person guiding the workshop. The organizer's text I have doesn't describe MC YOGI's specific role, so check Omega's workshop page before registering. MC YOGI is a San Francisco hip-hop artist and yoga teacher known for kirtan, mantra and yoga philosophy.
The program moves between guided meditation, somatic practice, sound and voice work, contemplative exercises and shared discussion. Richard weaves story and teaching through each session so that learning is felt in the body before it is understood in the mind. Expect an experiential retreat rather than a lecture.
